I monitor the Hours Of Service, Mobile Cast, Road Net Information Center, pay bills on the Image Now programs i.e fuel bills and Ryder, make backhauls appointments, search for new revenue potential. I take care of corrective action when necessary. I also interviewed for new teammates and completed their new hire paperwork on Xpresshr On boarding. I send reps for random drug test each month and creating an authorization on the National Diagnostic Inc. site. Responsible for making sure all accidents are submitted to Ryders claims and making sure the paperwork is complete. I dispatch reps on routes, handled customer issues, I just learned to route so I have some knowledge of routing.

Making reservations (phone and in person) checking in / checkout customers, run reports, cashier and cleaning. Help train new employees, helped with breakfast when necessary.
