Helped to open a new luxury wellness lounge and spa. Have been apart of the project since December and officially opened in September of 2023. Hired employees, implemented the day to day operations, ordered and stocked all supplies needed, created memberships and packages to sell, and over see 4 employees on a daily basis. Also briefly ran the social media accounts before we hired an outside company to take over.

Managed and ran multiple social media platforms for a cryotherapy manufacture. Made monthly newsletters to send out to customers and 5,000 + leads. Traveled with the sales team to work conventions and network our products.

Provided non-surgical body contouring treatments such as CoolSculpting and Cooltone. Over saw the body contouring department between all 5 DA locations and managed other body contouring providers.

Opened a new fitness studio that offered multiple different types of fitness classes. Hired and trained 10 studio employees. Managed the day today operations of the studio, did employee scheduling and payroll. Also taught cycle and climb classes up to 10 times a week.

Managed the front desk and front desk employees. Did an extensive instructor training to become a cycle instructor, and taught up to 7 classes a week.
