I worked with her indirectly, however, I, as well as everyone else in the department could quickly see that Karla was extremely skilled. She learned her job very quickly; she was obviously over-qualified. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist her colleagues and others on and off campus; she began assisting the Buyers on a higher level than anyone in her position had done before. Toward the end of her temp position, she was offered a permanent job as a Buyer Trainee, which she could have done easily and would have been perfect for, but she turned it down for another job. I missed Karla very much when she left. If I was in a position to do so, I would hire her in a heartbeat. She could do executive level work in any position practically blindfolded. She has a great personality and was well liked by all! She would be a tremendous asset to any company. "
