As a People Partner for corporate areas, I provide counseling and plans in the following four pillars:- Strategy and planning: I translate business needs into tactical planning for the teams I support, aiming for the highest team performance possible. I establish monitoring rituals and goal metrics;- Culture and rituals: I develop the appropriate strategy for rituals that communicate VTEX's culture and strategy, promoting alignment and a sense of belonging;- Organizational design: I compose teams by matching skills and business needs, restructuring teams to achieve budget efficiency and high performance;- BAU processes: I create and execute Performance Cycle, Career Committee, Compensation Review, Exit Interviews, development programs, training facilitation, and more.In addition, I support leadership on their day to day, by providing Human Resources expertise, always backed by data from both internal and external sources.

Leader to Diversity and Inclusion, People Analytics and Learning and Development areas, composed by 12 employees total, from intern to managers.Main deliveries:- D&I: Demographic Census, Governance, Diversity Campaigns and Development program to sub represented groups;- People Analytics: Engagement Survey, Offboarding Survey, monthly demographics data to Senior Leadership and Employee Journey;- L&D: Performance cycle, Leadership Succession mapping and developing and Workday implementation.
