Responsibility for 4 countries. (Dominican Republic, Miami, Mexico, Colombia, Panama). •Social Responsibility certification (health & wellness program)•Coordination of first 360° assessment, in house training & talent development program, career path •Payroll , reduce rotation by increasing compensation package.•Organizing corporate events (product launches, sales force competitions, end of year parties, conventions, KOL´s, etc)
