•Provided leadership SHPE members for highest level of excellence in study skills, comprehension of basic STEM concepts, scholarship application process, job/internship preparation•Generated tutoring sessions to ensure students prepared properly for classes’ lectures and exams on courses such as – Physics, Calculus, Discrete Math, C++ and Java concepts, Statistics, Data Structure & Analysis•Offered to Emmett J. Conrad High School SHPE Jr. members help in Algebra II, Pre-Cal, Calculus, Physics, and SAT/ACT Math Portion through 2-hour weekly tutoring sessions•Facilitated effective communication with other SHPE chair departments to insure co-operation with UTD Success Center to provide professional development workshops to our members

•Presented new ideas towards increasing exposure, and maintain an enthralling content towards sponsors, such as Frito’s, Mary Kay, and PepsiCo. •Fundraised $500 through FundMe donations that were gifted with home-made flavored lip balms created by the 30 GEMS mentored girls.
