• Responsible for arranging export shipments of 40,000 tons/year of printing and release specialty paper to South America, Far East Asia and Australia at the lowest cost from manufacturing point to final destination. • Creation of bookings with shipping lines / freight forwarders • Handle Export Documentation• Track shipments and follow up with all necessary parties throughout the entire supply chain• Participate in vendor selection and freight rate negotiation• Liaison for the production team, dispatch department and overseas sales offices to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely and effective manner.• Manage relationships of all supply chain partners including ocean freight vendors, inland transportation providers and outside warehousing services • Reduce free inventory• Process freight vendor invoices
