 Began as Help Desk for restaurant franchise. POS support, Desktop support, Network issues, Printer issues. Exchange and Active Directory User setup\removal Designed and Developed Access dbase for tracking phone lines, licenses, passwords, equipment trouble, and call tracking. Migrated positions to developing SQL stored procedures, tables, views and formulas for data analysis. VB.Net\ASP.Net Webpages and windows applications. SSRS design and deployment. JavaScript, Bing Maps development for delivery tracking.

• Maintain Windows NT based network including adding, maintaining and deleting users from the NT Server and Exchange Server, granting & denying user access to system resources, and troubleshoot system problems. User support of Windows based computer programs including MS Windows NT Workstation 4.0/2000, MS Office 97/2000, MS Project, Omniform and Text Bridge. Ordered, setup and placed new Dell computer systems. Installed Cisco, 3Com & HP routers, switches and hubs. Ran and terminated wiring to support new locations. Developed and maintain an MS Access database of internal equipment, system resources including Static IP addresses, user applications licensing, system users, and users’ passwords. Maintain Windows 3.1, Windows 95/98 and Windows NT 4.0\2000 Server & Workstation, DOS & Unix. I have added users to the server and set user\group permissions from server rights to folder rights. I have installed and maintained an Exchange Server 5.1 with Outlook Web Access. I have designed and maintained the company’s internal website using Microsoft FrontPage then upgraded to an external website using Macromedia’s Dreamweaver and Fireworks. I have installed and instructed on the use of desktop scanning and forms creation using Caere’s Omniform and Omnipage. I have purchased and installed HP and Tektronix network printers.
