-Assure the correct material fulfillment to the plants from supplier’s, expedite critic material for Drop Ins, Inventories Adjustments or Regular Production, Quote new or regular components, issue material orders, coordinate shipments, and follow up until the arrival to the warehouse and plants-Analyze trough files the demand for New projects, since the beginning, covering tests Ramp Up, Ramp Down until can be on Regular Production, making sure to have the material on time considering Lead Time expediting or quoting urgent material to meet Customer NBD-Analyze components in Orders, in transit, in Stock, in Receive, in Forecast, in other plants, with sister companies, in Spot Buys, obsoletes, substitutes, replacements, by Daily Use, by DOH, etc in order to proceed with the buy of the material, considering Lead Time, Transit Time, Time of arrival to avoid obsolete material and/or inventory excess buying the correct amount at correct time.-Department directly responsible in Saving sources projects, always looking for the best supplier -Transmit weekly firm orders and forecast trough a Portal, part of MRP TEAM in charge to transmit all the plants requirements to all the suppliers for regular production either manual or EDI orders-Followup invoices, receiving, billing and pricing discrepancies

• Coordinate the urgent material shipments with the involved departments (like Production Planning and Shipping) and assure the correct fulfillment in time and form• Create new part numbers in Oracle in accordance to the customer’s specifications and validated by the Engineering Dept. as well as the orders within the system for its administration• Follow up customer’s quality rejections as well as possible replacements, as well as the creation of credits or debits for the Accounting Dept. to document and execute it• Have control over external warehouses with productive material and make sure the customer’s requirements are fulfilled• Actively participate in possible engineering changes, product presentation and/or whatever change needed as a result of Continuous Improvement and standardization• Provide important information to the customer always maintaining reorder points, minimum order quantities and lead time established by the plant• Help detect opportunity areas within all the processes involved
