My position provides administrative and managing support to the CEO, the Board of Directors, to the President of the Board of Trustees, the Artistic Committee and the Executive Office Team. Keeping record of the meetings. Operation management.- Management and coordination of some of the Museum's daily activities (Exhibition Programs and the Scenic Arts). Other duties developed until September 2013: - Production Manager of two workshops with artists and seminars.- Responsible of the management on the contracts for loans of pieces of art with other artistic institutions.- Support in the development of the fundraising strategies and membership program. - Responsible of the economic management of the membership program. - As a part of the developing team of the new website of the Museum University of Navarra. - Web-page Manager on contents and design. - Community Manager of the Museum Accounts: Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.

Support on the developed and management of 10 research projects focused on Humanities.
