Product Strategy & Consulting-Provided long-term vision and strategies for future product roadmap, while organizing and driving day to day progress of engineering and product teams to deliver prioritized work in an agile method.-Ensured product performance and consistency by working with engineering to prioritize and resolve bugs, coordinating end to end and eliminating product delays.-Support product discovery and collaborate cross-functionally to translate prioritized work into user stories and flows for engineers and product team to execute.-Conducted and stayed updated on new market trends, while managing the team's backlog to identify new product opportunities. Made sure to align the product roadmap with business objectives and user value provided.Founding Product Designer -A systems thinker, I designed Outdefine from 0 to 1 while owning all of Outdefine’s suites from end to end; including in-app client/talent side, internal tools, website and mobile experiences.-Constructed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, while leveraging different research methods like user research, user feedback sessions, qualitative and quantitative research, to support design decisons. Synthesized and analyzed findings to drive product insights and development, resulting in onboarding 45,000+ users in my first year.-Owned the design process from end to end, ideation through to implementation. Establishing feature/product logic, flows, documents and design specs needed (API’s, SDK’s, etc) to the engineering team and lead the team through to product launch.-Performed usability testing and debugging of all features before pushed to production. Increasing our product roadmaps efficiency by 80%. -Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with CEO’s, stakeholder’s, engineers, marketing team and talent team to optimize product growth. Hosting FigJam/workshop sessions, to dig deeper into company objectives, impact, goals and value.

-Designed and visualized creative assets for brand events like LocastexMinecraft, -PrettyLittleThingxCoachella, SaintJamesIcedteaxCoachella.-Successfully supported teams with quick turnarounds on needed changes or assets for brand events. -Worked directly with retail and ecommerce clients like Lacoste, PrettyLittleThing and Saint James Iced Tea, using established brand guidelines and identity to produce needed assets and deliverables.

-Provided end to end product (UI/UX) design services to small business and early stage startups. Including but not limited to design systems, components, brand identity, wireframes, mockups, user stories, and prototypes.-Conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods to support design decisions and feature goals.-Provided product strategy and roadmap for engineer handoffs to support team efficiency.
