Led the development of training modules in program design and sustainability for grantees sites. • Provided technical assistance to multiple communities in the State of Georgia in launching career-focused charter schools that allowed young people to graduate from high school with community college certifications and practical work experience through internships with the private sector. Co-authored grant proposal to the Georgia Department of Education to undertake initiative and developed community application process. Wrote a replication manual for others to follow suit.• Conducted site visits, analyzed data, and co-authored a guidebook for community college presidents interested in making their colleges more responsive to local labor market conditions.• Served on multiple research and evaluation teams with responsibilities for instrument development, data collection and analysis, and report writing.
