For one year I was the learning specialist for a Charter School grades 5-8. The following year I developed and taught the district's emotional/behavioral needs program serving middle school students.

Presented to youth and adults in the disability field on integration, advocacy and transition. Countries/regions included: Central America, Bahrain, and the YES! program-- an international youth exchange program.

Acted as Program Coordinator for transition program serving students with developmental disabilities.Oversaw 125 students, 20 staff, supported 4 teachers, and created/implemented instructional design of program. Acted as job developer for jobsites. Case-managed all IEPs. Write behavior support plans as needed.Managed program budget. First responder to crisis situations.
