Prepare New hire packets, conduct orientation briefings for new hires,process and compile paperwork for new hires /make changes for current employees in different systems for benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life and Ceridian, enter all data for new employees in various systems, track when employees are eligible for benefits, review all benefits invoices for accuracy and submit to A/P, maintain personnel files for all offices, remove all terminated employees by adding data in all systems advise Ceridian

Responsible for payroll for 170+ employees (entering all overtime leave without pay, vacation, personal days, recuperation, and swaps) to ensure accurate payroll prior to submitting bi-weekly. Conduct Orientation briefings for hew hires, process PAR with hiring documents within 2 days. Process status changes (salary increase and termination). Maintain local personnel files, track daily attendance and FMLA on all employees. Serve as a liaison between local office and NYC corporate office responding to personnel, immediately upon request. Provide insurance packets to all eligible employees give basic knowledge of each plan. Open problem management calls with Help Desk. Process and maintain records for swaps, recuperation, vacation, personal and sick days (sick accrued monthly). Process Workers’ Compensation Claims, reporting injury immediately, advising management and providing employee with Worker’s compensation claim number and approved clinics. Process pass requests for business travel and requesting advance from accounting for non-exempt travel. Prepare inter-office mail for NYC corporate office. Handle numerous phone calls and questions / requests from staff.
