The rapid pace of technological advancement is fundamentally changing the skills needed for jobs. This is a global challenge. Intel developed the Intel Future Skills program to focus on addressing inequalities, that may result from this radical shift in future employment. Youth facing economic or education inequalities is the target audience. At Intel, we collaborate with many partners around the globe to create opportunities for youth to learn the latest tech skills but also life skills in order for them to be successful in the fourth industrial revolution. Some of the expected outcomes are : employability, further education, entrepreneurship or tech creation. I am honored to be part of this journey!Supported the team with the Intel Future Skills strategy development and implementation.Leveraged an external network to connect with a content expert from Stanford and MIT to facilitate team design of the program framework along with innovation challenges, the baseline of the program.• Ensured the delivery of indicators and reports on schedule by establishing frequent reviews.• Secured program success with 14,000+ youth trained globally by developing a series of documents to serve as guide for program scaling and sustainability with team input.• Achieved a quick ramp-up while implementing program strategies and delivering goals by collaborating with multiple partners, following up on needs and challenges, and serving as connector with the team.
