Working as part of the EMEA Business Process Analysis (BPA) Division, the main function of my role was to support Fund Accounting throughout EMEA. This included being Project Lead on cross jurisdictional short/mid/long term projects that involved the implementation of externally vended solutions, daily troubleshooting of issues that arose which required expert technical knowledge to remedy, creation of BRD's/dockets in conjunction with our technical team to improve existing processes within the organisation or to bridge gaps that existed.Global Product/Project Lead for the successful implementation of a vended solution which enabled our organisation to reduce operational risk around NAV Based Performance Fees, followed by hybrid Performance Fee calculations and the fund-level element of Performance Equalisation calculations.
