I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with experience in the automotive industry for almost 3 years in the area of quality assurance, currently my strong specialties are: CMM Programming / Machine :-Programming and operating CMM machine with CAD-Based PC-DMIS Software.-Create new CMM programs for capability studies and production checks.-Support new product development.-Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specificationsCalibration :-Calibration of electronic and mechanical equipment in order to be accurate and well maintained.-Experience working with ISO standards -Knowledge of metrology -Experience in handling, calibrating and repairing electronic check fixtures.Lumetric Analyst:-Use of Optigauge Lumetrics software (precision metrology equipment).-Analysis and interpretation of lumetrics study results (windshield wedge angle measurements for optimal HUD)-Interpret the data obtained from the measurements to ensure that the components meet the technical specifications. Glass Failure Analyst:-Examines the fractured surfaces visually to identify patterns and characteristics of the fracture-Use optical and electron microscopes to observe fine details on the fracture surfaces.-Takes high-resolution photographs of the fractured surfaces for detailed analysis -Determine the causes of failures by studying the characteristics of the fracture. -Record and document the findings from inspections and analyses. -Make detailed reports on the findings and conclusions of the analysis.
