CurrentEstablished the Corporate Communication Division at Living Spaces Furniture, from inception in 2020 to the current reach of more than 4,000 employees.▪ Includes the development of Living Spaces Connect, the companywide intranet on SharePoint as well as Yammer, the social networking site.• Manage communications from all divisions (10) within Living Spaces to ensure a consistent sound and cadence.▪ Manage the corporate communications email box thus being the central hub for internal communications within the company• Project manager of the complete overhaul of the Living Spaces Careers page, ▪ increasing traffic by 23% ▪ highlighting DE&I efforts• Leads a team of nine communication champions ensuring timely updates to Living Spaces Connect• Internal spokesperson and liaison for corporate events and projects• Communicate corporate strategies, long and short-term goals, and objectives to a network of more than 4,000 employees.• Created the first Living Spaces internal newsletter, “Our Spaces,” which highlights quarterly updates, wins, and successes.• Draft messages and emails on behalf of C-Suite executives.▪ Organize communication efforts for company-wide events to ensure participation▪ Daily average of 1,100 Team Members engagement across Living Spaces Connect and Yammer• Producer of the biannual Corporate Town Hall broadcasts with Living Spaces’ executives.• Leads communication regarding various internal surveys including the Team Member engagement survey, Pulse Survey, Corporate Communication survey, etc.▪ High focus on Human Resource and Learning and Development initiatives, including career pathing and succession planning.• Assess new communications tactics and tools that utilize technology to achieve long-term communications and brand and marketing goals such as corporate-wide text message, podcast, video messaging, etc.• Coordinate the execution of corporate strategies and development with appropriate subject matter experts.
