Little did I know that within two years, I’d become a volleyball coach, in three years, I’d take over as Secretary, and in five years, I’d be running the whole Club.Running the club has taught me to be humble but also to stand up for myself. I’ve learned how to lead a team while preserving boundaries and self-respect.And it’s shown me how to help others without compromising my well-being and when to speak up while everyone else is quiet.Today, we have over 80 players across five teams. In two months, we’ll be adding another team to compete in the 2nd Croatian League. We’re achieving results that were once just dreams.Despite the challenges, we’ve stayed together while other clubs have struggled.
