Cordis gave me the opportunity to develop skills in the materials department. As a procurement specialist, it was focused on keeping inventory levels during the Covid impact wave during 2021-2022 by procuring material with specified cost and delivery targets. The main strategy was focused on building and maintaining supplier relationships. During 2023, we are shifting to Lean Manufacturing, and as a team, we are going through the challenges of adapting as fast as we can to meet our goals.Aside from my role, I collaborated on the talent initiative "Borderless". In which, we focused on creating spaces where people could practice their English language skills.
