I am fortunate to serve Warner faculty, staff, and students as the Chair of the Business & Finance and Audit committees. At Warner, during my tenure, we have worked to take a school with a great mission and people and build an amazing support system under it by raising the bar we hold for our fiscal management, our financial accountability, our student financial responsibilities, and overall governance of the business of running a liberal arts school. We have achieved a massive success in returning the school to stability and our students can see that we are prospering with additions of dorms, a football field, a new athletic center, a beautiful new baseball stadium, and a fantastic agriculture building, among many 99% invisible upgrades to our infrastructure and processes. It is all thanks to a dedicated administration, loving and generous donors, wonderful faculty and staff, and most of all students who believe Warner is the place where they can become transformed into people with Christ-like character and intellectual maturity.

I am fortunate to lead a talented group of folks responsible for technical program management, game production, and QA for our immersive AI powered workouts and personal coaching. We utilize a Meta Quest based VR experience that super charges game speed training.

Responsible for developing and stewarding the global strategy, product development and product management, agile practice, and budget for Compassion’s Global Innovation team. We are focused on a platform approach to unlocking the connected people in our ecosystem - a big dream - while incrementally delivering platform features as rapidly as sustainably possible -learning fast. Being cloud first, digital first, and agile is our ‘how’ and listening to our customers and beneficiaries (our global neighbors) is how we find our ‘who, what, and why’.

I was fortunate to be a founding member of the Global Innovation team at Compassion, serving under a newly hired Senior Vice President of Global Innovation who had decades of renown innovation successes under his belt. I was responsible for designing and building an innovation process and product mindset for our team and implementing it through fail fast, learn fast iterations seeking to more rapidly deliver value to our beneficiaries and our donors. Creating a culture of innovation was a key driver of our behaviors as well, working to unlock the ideas across our network of relationships, and moving toward a digitally enabled two-sided-platform model of business.

This includes new product development design, developing processes, people, and manufacturing lines, designing and building high tech data collection and analysis systems; and then preparing for execution for exciting new composite product that will surely find it's way onto some of the fastest bike racers bike's (and hopefully your bike too!) around the world. SRAM Design Engineer - Feb 2013-Dec 2016I am a composites design engineer focusing on mountain bike wheels with SRAM. Leveraging my manufacturing and new product development experience at Zipp, I am now working to create halo product for the highly competitive and discerning mountain bike market. Expanding upon my domestic manufacturing and composite experience, I am now working with a diverse international supply chain to create and insure excellent design, perform rigorous testing, and employ best in class manufacturing of our new carbon mountain wheel products. From May 2016 until December 2016, I have also progressively had an increasingly focus on project managing an exciting factory build-out in Taiwan. Zipp Speed Weaponry Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager - April 2011-March 2013I manage the manufacturing, engineering, and technical functions of rim molding as well as co-led the development of much of our high tech factory control, automation, and analysis system and developed the data structure for it. Focusing on delivering actionable data to the user; data collection methods, process management, and electro-mechanical system integration provided tools to help employees make the best possible product for our customers. Also of note, I was fortunate to be the New Product Manufacturing Engineer on the 303 Firecrest, 202 Firecrest, and Super9 Carbon Clincher, taking those products from design state to the high capacity manufacturing system.
