Prepare month-end journal entries and financial statements for individual facilities and consolidated financial statements.Prepare cost allocation and reconcile intercompany accounts.Analyze and book prior month revenue adjustment.Prepare consolidated daily census report at over 30 facilities to assist C-level team in making accurate day-to-day business decisions.Bank reconciliation for operating, payroll and accounts payable.Home office cost allocation for facilities across the network.Maintain renovation schedule and analyze capital expenditures.

• Work closely with Operation department to create analytical spreadsheets to understand ingredient usage and increase profitability• Assist department managers in controlling departmental expenses based on fiscal budgets on Hyperion• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliation• Train Payroll Processor and Accounting Intern to perform assigned duties• Actively assist in internal audits, USDA Milk Market Audit, and physical inventory audits• Support Indirect purchasing process and streamline invoice processing at the plant• Manage Capital Project budgets and perform closing procedures to ensure all assets are placed into service in a timely manner• Present monthly financial results to Leadership Team

• Record daily manufacturing variances and weekly inventory reconciliations• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries into Oracle system• Analyze manufacturing reports to ensure accuracy in production reporting• Process payroll for 75 employees using Kronos and Oracle systems
