- Conducting research and analysis to understand the client's business, industry, and competition- Providing guidance and advice to clients on various aspects of their business- Providing feedback and recommendations to the client's leadership to help them make informeddecisions- Identifying potential EU funding opportunities for clients- Advising clients on eligibility- Providing support on all parts of the project lifecycle (strategy, design, implementation, post-implementation)- Project application preparation and project implementation on national and EU level- Liaising with EU officials- Working across multiple projects and prioritizing competing deadlines- Working on diverse project domains (tourism and hospitality, transport, digital, etc.)- Preparing strategic documents and feasibility studies

- Participating in marketing and finance activities- Assisting with the setup and execution of events in the hotel's event spaces- Shadowing and learning from experienced hotel staff, such as managers and supervisors- Preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in the hotel restaurant or bar

- Interaction with hotel guests on a daily basis in order to identify and exceed their expectations- Main point of contact in the pool areas, Food & Beverage Venue and other hotel departments- Handling guests' requests or complaints- Supporting the Operation's Executive in achieving hotel goals in the area of guest satisfaction- Receiving and carrying out orders from Senior Management- Bi-daily briefing with the Hotel Management
