Current• Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Represent them in negotiations.• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.• Design, write, shoot and edit marketing materials for property listings and self-promotion. Manage marketing budget.• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, counter offers and addendums.• Confer with title companies, lenders, and home inspectors to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking, if buying.• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.• Conduct comparative market analysis on properties, in order to advise clients on listing/offer price.• Research and generate lists of properties that are compatible with client’s needs and financial resources.• Manage personal (public) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram accounts and personal website.• Develop networks of mortgage lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors and other services, to whom clients may be referred.• Attend seminars and training sessions in order to improve sales techniques.
