Principle advisor to the Director on technology, IT operations, cyber security, staffing, and fiscal discipline. I lead a team of five senior IT and military HR professionals and 700+ military, government civilian and contractors in developing and delivering IT-based HR services and solutions supporting Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve Soldiers as well as retirees. I also oversee a $1.7 billion budget across the FYDP.

Managed 400+ military, government civilian and contractors who maintained and upgraded 68 Enterprise applications supporting Army Recruiting, Active Duty Soldiers, Reserve Soldiers, National Guard and Retirees. Particular focus on software engineering, project management, contact oversight, cyber security, and budgeting.

Coordinated, synchronized, and monitored the operations of 1100 military, civil servant and contractor staff delivering mission critical IT based services to the US Army's Recruiters, Active Duty Soldiers, Reserve Soldiers, National Guard, and Retirees. Managed a staff of five government civilians and oversaw the activities of 40+ geographically dispersed contractors developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications supporting over 1000 ROTC and Junior ROTC programs. Oversaw the development, documentation, and operation of enterprise-level software applications.

Deputy Chief of Staff and Secretary to the General Staff for a forward deployed Joint Task Force. Managed executive leader engagements, correspondence, and support. Served as primary interface to three allied nation's military representatives and USARCENT Liaison Officer to the Task Force., Supervised the planning and execution of distinguished visitor engagements at the headquarters and developed junior officers planning, analysis, and communications skills.

Chief, Cyberspace and Information Operations for the United States Army Central Command's forward deployed command post. Planned, coordinated, synchronized and facilitated classified and unclassified cyberspace activities and information operations in support of U.S. policy objectives. Advised senior leaders and staff on cyber and information operations and integrated them into ongoing combat operations and the theater campaign plan. Participated in theater-level planning efforts with U.S. Central Command. Developed and mentored subordinate formation's Information Operations officers and helped them synchronize their efforts. Represented U.S. Army interests and capabilities to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense during planning sessions when appropriate.

Led a ten-person team of information technology solutions architects to define, refine and integrate the Army Human Resource Command's existing and future technology enviornment including defining existing and planned computing, storage, networking, cloud/hosting and software environments. Facilitated cross-organizational communication, collaboration and governace in all technology endeavors. Synchronized same with 9th Army Signal/Network Enterprise Technologies Command. Directly supported the Command's IT project management, IT operations and system/software engineering efforts.

Performed tactical, operational and strategic-level information operations planning from the Brigade through echelons above Corps in the Army-pure, Joint, and Coalition environments.

Led a team of 5 contractors and civil servants to identify technical solutions to business challenges and establish associated technical standards. Conducted strategic technology forecasting and planning in support of the Command's strategic and operational objectives and attendant challenges.

Detachment Commander of an Information Operations field support team supporting contingency operations in the Middle East.

Managed system design, engineering, testing, and insertion/integration in a military medical environment at the enterprise level. Managed system architecture activities to ensure adherence to DoDAF 1.5 standards, improved service delivery, and reduced costly redundancies. Ensured timely, accurate tier 3 engineeing support for enterprise infrastructure systems.

Ensured the battalion was capable of performing full spectrum Information operations supporting CENTCOM and other contingency operations around the world.

Subject matter expert on DIACAP and certification and accreditation. Advised Army MACOM level IT staff on system security and certification issues. Managed the US Army MEDCOM's independent validation and verficiation program for 34 medical treatment facilities world-wide. Routinely coordinated with NETCOM, USAF, and USN on system security issues.

National Guard officer assigned as a sub-unified command-level operational planner in the Iraq-Joint Operational Area. Senior planner supporting information operations and targeting in a Joint and Coalition headquarters. Routinely developed detailed, multi-echelon plans in a highly sensitive, rapidly evolving political-military environment.

Managed multi-disciplinary approach to information system security including physical, electronic and procedural controls for a multi-state military medical command. Advised senior managers and medical staff on HIPAA Security rule, system security design and implementation and monitoring.
