Departmental Strategies and Architectures: Facilitate departmental deliverables, enhancing alignment with core philosophies, and improving operational coherence. Use change and stakeholder management to communicate and influence stakeholders on the application of business strategies and architecture. Capabilities: Conduct detailed assessments and analysis of current and future capabilities, aligning with long-term strategic goals to support business scalability and growth.Voice of Client: Co-lead Voice of Client initiatives conducting executive interviews and subsequent analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhanced client engagement.External Client Facilitation: Lead workshops for client's leadership teams as needed.
