I am a highly motivated nurse leader with many years of varied experience and a love for all aspects of healthcare. I have been fortunate to have opportunities for growth in various capacities, including multi-unit and multi-organization oversight. I understand how agencies can synergize, working together and playing to each others' strengths to maximize patient benefit and achieve strategic goals. I believe in holistic care models for patients, but also for staff. My leadership style and communication/people skills help me create work environments and build teams which are proven to produce excellent patient care results. I strive to provide wonderful places for physicians to practice and support loyal employees as they build fulfilling careers; I consider staff as my customers. I love solving problems and process improvement. I enjoy education and mentoring staff. I want my patients and my staff to feel they are treated like family.
