- Implemented S&R Vital program in Ecuador and Peru, top 15 program under HEINEKEN’s sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), required as of 2024 by the European Council.- Coordinated the deployment of 100 Sustainability & Responsibility KPIs in HEINEKEN Ecuador and Peru operations (collaborated with 5 functional teams in each country – Supply Chain, HR, Corporate & Legal Affairs, Procurement), and ensured alignment with global roadmap for sustainability reporting (S&R).- Oversaw system and data flow ownership for new S&R reporting, confirmed 200+ data points were submitted on-time and in-full every month, monitored progress and flagged challenges, risks & issues when necessary.- Led bi-weekly status meetings with senior stakeholders, including Peru and Ecuador Managing Directors, Management Team members and Finance Directors, to report on program progress, flag, discuss, and resolve identified risks and issues as required for timely data submission. - Communicated S&R Vital program progress on a weekly basis to regional and global PMO team. - Incorporated new ways of working and culture change, by facilitating 5 change impact workshops to Ecuador and Peru functional teams, following HEINEKEN’s change management strategy and carried execution of program engagement and communication.

- Headed staffing function and member of PMO & HR Team on Telecom industry client account based in Seattle, Washington, with 700+ resources allocated worldwide. - Managed end-to-end staffing process for 400+ positions yearly and was key liaison between project managers, account leaders, HR Partners, and other stakeholders, by orchestrating all involved parts, to keep scheduling tool and account records in order, updated and client projects (15+per month) staffed based on established deadline and cost.- Monitored the status of all open positions (30+ monthly) and made sure all had a healthy candidate pipeline, profile evaluation (for over 400 positions yearly) and followed up on pending action items with project managers. - Guided weekly meetings with account leaders (at all career levels) to gather information/updates, address challenges/issues and prioritize urgent requirements. Trained account leaders on staffing process and tools, and created training material.- Analyzed, reported and presented data metrics to account business leaders weekly and used analytics tool to look at trends and informed HR Manager of any potential risks. - Mapped, allocated and controlled 40+ people yearly coming from 4 different Global HR programs to reflect and achieve financial and workforce plans. - Communicated all new HR initiatives, programs, and news to account business leaders. - Supervised and mentored 2 junior employees from Mexico and India.
