CurrentResponsible for the leadership and strategic direction of Blend.• Vision/Mission/Values - Evangelizes and stewards the mission, vision, and values of Blend.• Strategic Goals & Initiatives - Sets strategic goals and initiatives to move Blend forward in a way that aligns with the mission, vision, and values.• Relationships - Creates and nurtures relationships with people and who will further the interests of Blend’s strategic goals.• Financial Health - Monitors key performance indicators to ensure that the company is performing well and proactively addresses items that are not.• Culture - Model and set the tone of the desired culture to increase employee engagement, performance, and company loyalty.• Strategic Planning - direct the leadership team in the strategy and direction of the company.• Leadership, Management & Accountability - Meets with the leadership team to guide their actions and help them manage our people, operations, and offerings.
