 Developed a security framework for software installations & transactions at car’s telematics devices. Successfully demonstrated connectivity from the corporate network via a secured channel to the in-car telematics device “on the move”.  Liaised with the supplier who prototyped the telematics device and performed as the focal point from the Research department to the enterprise’s IT support staff for access to the corporate network for this project.

Then I became an installations engineer and I was responsible for the design of large corporate networks (VoIP and data) with sites all over Mexico and the USA, as well as performing the installation and configuration of equipment in the sites located in the center of Mexico. I was then promoted to 3rd line support for the largest accounts we were serving and I was also responsible of the operations of the Guadalajara PoP of Intervan.
