Advising US regional, national and international organizations on the design and implementation of behavioral health interventions and trauma-informed design (TID). Guiding trauma-informed design (TID) across all levels of JusticeMatters' organizational management and program design. Led the implementation of new tele-behavioral health programming at two pilot clinic sites to increase access to mental health services for farmworkers across the state. In 2019, 82 farmworkers accessed excellent behavioral health services through the new tele-behavioral health services that are now established in western and eastern North Carolina. Advising organizational leaders and partners on operations and management including the development of policies, procedures, clinical care protocols, and evaluation framework.Contributed to a (9) person expert panel developing a book and online curriculum (www.churchcares.com) for congregational leaders to provide trauma-informed care to survivors of abuse within churches. The curriculum was distributed at the 2019 Southern Baptist Convention representing 47,000 churches nationwide and approximately 15 million congregants.
