CurrentBuild and execute D&I strategies aligned to global business plan and achieve goals, provide programs and initiatives that enable organization to be inclusive.~ Coordinated Intel presence at the Fall Diversity Conferences including setup and train recruiting teams, created booths posted Intel jobs reqs on conference organizations web sites and managed logistics while saving $60k to attend 5 conferences instead of original 3 planned~ Managed and coached leaders of Intel Native American Pacific Islander Leadership council and 11 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by training on guidelines, heritage month/day event planning, provide support to meet their objectives and key results (OKRs) around amplifying inclusion and sense of belonging, retention, and progression~ Led planning team from eight ERGs for Intel’s inaugural Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPI)~ Analyze data for key D&I business unit metrics and present data and indicators table to executives
