I have worked in the retail sector since I left school, and have worked as an assistant manager, store manager and most recently as an area manager. I have managed a large flagship store in Milton Keynes shopping center for Woolworths.(£10m turnover) I was then promoted to Area manager for Norfolk and Suffolk (£75m turnover).My current responsibilities require the deliverance of outstanding people skills to produce excellent KPI performance through great leadership. My every day job is to lead, motivate and develop my team to produce great results. I achieve my performance through drive, enthusiasm and coaching my team. I believe strong leadership and the ability to inspire people is the key to achieving great results.
