I am responsible for the planning and logistics for two annual CME conferences for OPSC, as well as the production of three Journal publications each year. In addition, I support local CME programs for osteopathic physicians in conjunction with our Regional Affiliates.

All of the duties of Meeting Planner, plus fiscal management of multiple accounts and staff oversight and training.

Responsible for planning meetings and conferences for clients from the initial development stages of goal setting and theme selection, through the completion of each event, including evaluation, reimbursement and bill processing. Responsible for moving large groups of people throughout California on a monthly and bi-monthly basis. Participate in determination of meeting site selection, meeting and sleeping room accommodations, negotiation of food and beverage contracts. Determine the on-site audio/visual needs for each meeting, and provide arrangements for participants' travel to and from each meeting or conference. Act as on-site troubleshooter and liaison, handling any logistical concerns that may arise. Position also involves extensive computer work, including layout and design, custom artwork, and technical support.

Primary responsibilities include teaching students in group and private settings, assist in planning studio events, promoting the studio through marketing and exhibitions, and creating original choreography for students.
