The RCC Cadetship program is a multi-disciplined development rotation across four construction responsibilities including Estimating, Site Engineering, Site Management and Contracts Administration.Experience: - Completed estimating, site engineering/supervision and contracts administration rotations within RCC delivery.

Duties included:• Coordination of long-distance aeromedical transport solutions for patients travelling between hospitals, homes, and medical facilities.• Identifying cost efficient and appropriate solutions based on patient requirements.• Liaising with private and public transport providers to seek quotes for financial approval.Achievements: • Improved communication, monitoring and tracking systems with road transport crews resulting in cost savings of over $40,000 per annum.

Duties included:• Handling patient transport enquiries and booking transport for patients.• Balancing an empathetic yet logical approach when dealing directly with patients regarding bookings, delays, and complaints.

Duties included:• Responding to and directing where necessary, enquiries related to tax affairs for individuals and businesses.• Processing documents, accounts, and forms both inbound and outbound when requested or necessary.
