I have an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and a HND in Fisheries Sciences and Management, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to lead and develop a diverse and talented team of professionals.I am a passionate individual who strives to deliver high-quality water solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, partners, and regulators. I have a proven track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies to improve water treatment, legionella control and cooling water management.I am also Chair of Governors at Belmont Primary School that allows me to use many of my senior management skills which means i have a direct impact on our future working generation.
