Eyecons is a media, marketing and fandata exploitation platform for sports. We are a joint venture between sports marketing agency House of Sports and sports producer Southfields. Our goal is to maximize the revenue of sports with the combined knowledge and expertise, complemented by smart technology. Our mission is to become the largest (sports) exploitation platform of sports.The exploitation of all forms of sports video content via our own distribution platform Eyecons.com, associated social channels but also via our media and sports partners, forms the heart of our strategy. Through all our online touchpoints with the sports fan, we enrich the profile of the "fan" and create the ultimate fan community of the sport in a sustainable way.

Responsible for RTL Licensing, the entire process from initiating concepts to the realization andimplementation of the different licensing activities. Our goal is to increase revenues and brand awareness of RTL brands through the translation of content and brand rights to consumer products, promotions and b2c e-commerce services.

Initiating, designing and executing various licensing activities around RTL brands, aiming at the formation of partnerships with licensing parties (e.g. publishers, product developers, retail parties), ensuring the added value of the RTL brand-portfolio, along with its marketing power, on existing and new products and services.

RTL launched its Management Traineeship program in October 2010. Within the traineeship I selected departments in which the diversification strategy of RTL plays an essential role: Business Development & Strategy (BD&S), Licensing & Entertainment and RTL Ventures.
