He has also helped mentor many small businesses and organizations in best practices of leveraging internet technology, innovative social programs to showcase and promote there business/organizational objectives. Through his involvement in local community advocacy he has effectively coordinated the activities for minority groups to access large grant awards, and state and local city government contracts. He was also instrumental in 1st time ever hiring of a HUB coordinator for the Guilford county school system creating 1000's of jobs for local minorities.Karl believes in empowering youth thru public policy, technology and education. He is currently Vice President of The United Carribbean Association.
