Through past experiences, both good and bad, personal beliefs, and goals, there are three principles that I incorporate around me to inspire growth for people and the company, and to provide a place where people want to work and place they want to succeed.1. Support Those that Support You: Treat those around you as you treat your customers. Know that their goals, their development and their success, when aligned with yours, will be mutually beneficial. When they succeed, you succeed. So Support Those that Support You.3. Do the Right Thing; the Right Way; the First Time: Demand work ethic. A person's work ethic is not only the quantity of the work performed or the intensity for their work. But it is also the quality of that work performed while doing the right thing, the right way, the first time.
