Roles include:• Management of the operation, maintenance and repair schedule of the Company Building, Premises and Systems.• Manage all on-site inspections by Customers, Suppliers, Health and Safety Inspections, Local Council Inspectors, Environmental Health Inspectors, Insurance Risk Assessment Officers and British Standards Inspectors.• Manage the health, safety and welfare of employees and the public by complying with the appropriate Health and Safety Policies, Organisations and Arrangements and by the employment of Safe Working Practices and Risk Assessment and Management.• To act as the final escalation point for all user complaints and provide responsive management accordingly.• Manage the Quality Management System with sound procedures and processes.• Manage the continuous improvement methodology within the department that ensures expectations are managed and service standards are high at all time.• Manage awareness of current developments in IT and implement appropriate methods to share such information with colleagues and ensure existing functions are updated accordingly.• Manage the Asset Management and provisions for hardware & software are in place.• Produce technical and procedural standards and ensure effective management throughout.• Manage and create systems that complies with the conditions of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Freedom of Information Act and any other legislation or policies currently in force or introduced from time to time.
