Retail and serving wine samples. Providing tourist information and wine knowledge. Helping with events and also updating and taking pictures for social media. Shipping and recieving was also part of the job.

Social media for all agents, answering phones, working on agents data base, filing, errands, cleaning the office and booking appointments, preparing flyers, client care.
