As Sr. Tech, I am responsible managing all product categories for our largest user group, Relalxing. This includes:-Developing standards and mentoring other technical designers-Requesting and tracking sample progress for new style development-Maintaining tech pack BOMs, sketches, and measurement pages in PLM system-Leading live model fittings and completing detailed sample comments-Developing product according to the seasonal calendar, meeting key milestones-Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance for all products-Developing fit blocks for key silhouettes-Aligning all women’s product to a unified fit standard-Establishing new grade rules for women’s tops, bottoms, and swimwear

I am responsible for managing fit and construction specs for Kid's Swim and Outerwear, and CWA. This includes:- Analyzing returns data and implementing product improvements when needed- Leading fittings to review details, styling, and fit with cross functional team members- Maintaining fit blocks- Ensuring garments meet quality and testing standards, including compliance with child safety regulations- Communicating fit comments and pattern corrections to vendors- Creating virtual renderings of garments using Browzwear to assess fit and styling- Build and maintain multiple SharePoint websites for Global Sourcing division using SharePoint Online- Create automated processes using Power Automate to alert users of new form or list submissions- Create and maintain operating standards for a number of department prodeduresI am also involved in several projects including the Browzwear Trainers team, the Data Governance team, and our PTR team working to implement a new PLM solution.

I am responsible for managing fit and construction specs for Men's Woven Shirts and Sleepwear. This includes analyzing returns data and implementing product corrections if needed, leading fittings to review details, styling, and fit with cross functional team members, creating blocks for new fits, ensuring garments meet quality and testing standards, and communicating fit comments and pattern corrections to vendors.

I manage incoming samples and ensure that everything is prepared for our fittings. I assist with fittings and writing fit comments. I manage our kids fit models and recruit new potential models. I communicate with vendors to ensure that high quality, well fitted garments are produced. I compare patterns with OptiTex to see that the requested changes were made between fittings, and I check all nested graded patterns to ensure correct grading.

I provided personalized service for my customers. I performed specialized services such as bra fitting and locating items in other stores. I handled register transactions and opened new store credit accounts and I ensured that the selling floor was always clean and presentable.

I assisted with sketching technical flats and digitizing new patterns into their Gerber Accumark system. I worked with the sample makers to ensure samples were completed in a timely manner. I ordered new material from local vendors and ensured they were delivered on time. I organized and maintained a positive work environment for myself and my colleagues.
