In my four years at santa cruz county bank I have worked my way up from a teller to a financial service representative to a Customer Service Specialist to my current role as a Senior Operations Specialist. Before working at the bank I worked at a couple of restaurants, retail stores, and for the parks and rec department for the City of Scotts Valley. At the bank, I have gained experience in large quantity cash handling, I have learned how to manage a teller line along with an entire branch while my manager was away, and I have learned how to reconcile accounts and general ledgers. With all my past careers, I have learned how to work with others and with customers at a higher level.
