Project Regalia is an organization that was starting to be structured on campus. I came on board when it was just my mentor and we aimed to provide better retention for women of color on UIndy's campus. Project Regalia envisions that African-American women, who enroll at the University of Indianapolis, graduate with an ingrained sense of community and connectedness to the university and other African-American female graduates. We envision that each woman is empowered with the authentic authority to be uniquely themselves, while empowering their peers to do the same.
