As the Marketing Representative for Tolko Industries, I handle all the marketing efforts for our product sectors. My purpose is to elevate our brand, differentiate us as the top supplier, create excellent marketing materials and content, and get us noticed. I'm responsible for developing all of our marketing materials including graphics, images, brochures, webpages, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements and more. I manage our tradeshow attendance, and all customer-facing communications.In this role I use both B2B and B2C marketing to promote our unique product and services to new and established customers.I understand the business objectives and develop the necessary marketing strategies to drive results and strengthen Tolko’s customer relationships and product awareness.

I managed the City’s content on our online platforms to ensure it was accurate, timely, accessible, consistent, and professional. I provided technical support and strategic advice to all City staff on our online platforms and tools. I designed and developed training resources about various software utilized by the City and collaborated with the team to complete projects with innovative and efficient solutions. I was responsible for developing content for the web in the form of text, video, audio, photographs, and graphics that furthers the City’s and Council’s mission and business goals, is consistent, timely, high quality, and appropriate for the intended audience. I was responsible for improving communication, both externally and internally, through the use of the website and the City's SharePoint site. I helped develop and launch a new SharePoint site and was responsible for internal training on SharePoint and the City's website.I ensured that all content online reflects the City’s brand and professional image. I worded with departments to improve their web content and provide innovative solutions to communication challenges by identifying and understanding their needs.
