    Lead every aspect of a faith based non-profit which service the unemployed, under employed, homeless and those living in poverty in Kenosha County Wisconsin. Developed, designed and implemented a Free Legal Advice Service which provides free legal advice appointment with clients. Expanded the grade school summer camp from 40 participants to over 80 by building relationships with partners and changing the facilities for the camp. Ensured that 32 adult students received their GED through classes at the Center through 2019. Investigated, led and executed the purchase of our own building in 2014 with minimal debt, which enable the Center to expand programs and sevices. Within three of purchasing the building, launched the Pop The Ballon campaign to pay off the mortgage, resulitng in no debt for the Center. Initiated new workshops for clients on topics including financial fitness, benefits of banking at banks versus check cashing stores and savings and wills. Navigated COVID 19 with no reduction of staff while successfully integrating PPP loans.
