Mi aventura en el mundo digital comenzó a los 12 años, cuando tuve mi primer ordenador. Desde ese momento, descubrí que era posible acceder a toda la información del mundo con un clic. Así, de manera autodidacta, comencé a desarrollar habilidades que en un futuro cercano me permitirían generar mis primeros ingresos online.A los 16, conocí el crecimiento personal y transformó mi vida. Rompí creencias limitantes, patrones generacionales negativos e inicie un camino de autoconocimiento que me llevo a reinventarme y crear una nueva realidad de adentro hacia afuera. Durante esta temporada emprendí mi primer e-commerce, importando productos de China y vendiendo a nivel nacional. A las semanas construí un segundo en el cual traía productos lácteos de Cajamarca para vender en Lima. Esta experiencia me permitió aplicar todos los conocimientos que había aprendido de mentores como Russell Brunson y Grant Cardone.Después de unos meses decidí crear una comunidad que pueda hacer un impacto positivo, sentía que esas herramientas que transformaron mi vida tenía que compartirlas y así nacío Mentes Extraordinarias, una comunidad online donde invitaba mentores que puedan compartir sus experiencias con una audiencia que llegó a más de 10 mil personas en Latinoamérica, esto me permitió abrir la mente y descubrir que a través del internet era posible conectar con personas en todo el mundo.Con 18 años, me independicé y mudé a una nueva ciudad, iniciando a la par mi primera experiencia en el mundo corporativo donde desde el inicio conseguí hitos que me permitieron pasar por compañías de todos los tamaños y para mercados como B2C, B2B y B2G.3 años después fundé Quantture, una aceleradora de marcas personales que hoy tiene clientes en 12 países y ha generado más de 3.6M USD en facturación.Actualmente estoy construyendo Worflou que principalmente tiene operaciones en USA, y LearnGud, la primera plataforma de bienestar holístico para adolescentes en Latinoamérica, con la que conseguimos acceder a Santander X Explorer, Emprelatam, EES, Warmi Ventures, Wise de Hub Udep y Pro Innóvate.Como Vicepresidente de Start Lima, mi misión es conectar a emprendedores locales que estan creando soluciones innovadoras con el ecosistema europeo. CeoOrolatte 2014 - 2016When I was 16 years old, I was looking for entrepreneurial opportunities, so it occurred to me to contact Huacariz and Chugur, two leading companies that distribute dairy products nationwide, and ask them to make me their distributor. At that moment they mentioned to me that I had to make a minimum order of 4000 soles and I was not even close to that so I started to look for a solution, my parents every end of the month deposited me to pay for the academy and at that moment it occurred to me to use that money to make my first order. Here I had 2 drawbacks, one that the money had to be recovered in 24 hours at most to pay the academy and second that I was not approaching the amount of 4000 soles so I thought to make a presale to ensure that to bring the products would sell everything fast and the other negotiate with Chugur and Huacariz to ask them to send me a smaller amount from Cajamarca. I set to work and everything lined up perfectly, I had 30 orders in pre-sale. I talked to both dairy companies to ask them to trust me and if they did so, I would order a larger quantity each month, and so it was. The rest was history, this allowed me to start my journey in entrepreneurship and capitalize.
