At Tom Thumb my first priority is to assist customers with purchases and our rewards program. I also organize and restock our store to promote sales, prepare fresh produce, create tags for our meat, and take on any tasks for all of our departments.

As a markdown associate, I learned the value of customer service. My responsibilities included keeping shelves stocked and organized, designing effective product placement for each department, assisting customers with layaway plans, and keeping track of all markdowns in the store.

I acquired the majority of my skills through working at Allegro Mobility. I was in charge of basic receptionist duties such as answering phones, assisting customers, and handling medical documents.
