I am a Medical Assistant graduate from Ohio Valley College of Technology. As a Medical Assistant I am experienced and trained in the following: patient appointments, administer injections, take blood samples, and obtain vital signs, I have excellent communication skills and technology skills in my career field. I am currently finishing my externship at Doctors on Call where I am performing electrocardiograms, looking at the Aorta, and helping assist with sonograms. In addition to; I assign patients to their examination room and record all their information so the doctor is aware of the situation and why the patient is being seen. As a student, extern, and co-worker; I am known for being a hard worker, team player, organized, helping others, and always giving 110% in all my assignments and duties. I consider myself a Medical Assistant first and foremost for the patients and their families but I am also there for the doctors and myself. I love to help people in need and those who are sick. I have a big heart and my only goal as a Medical Assistant is to make sure that my patients are in good health and happy with their visit when they leave the doctor’s office.
