As Director of Delivery and Performance at Aqua Consultants, I oversee internal contract and commercial management, project management, and key support functions, including IT, business support, compliance and recruitment.In this role, I successfully launched and scaled a new client-side project services offering within the team, which transitioned into a standalone service line due to rapid growth.I played a key role in identifying and capitalising on synergies between Aqua Consultants and Adler and Allan, driving operational efficiencies while maintaining flexibility in our working practices.As a member of the senior leadership team, I am accountable to the Aqua Consultants Executive for ensuring the successful execution of the Aqua business plan. Managed a team of engineers within the User Acceptance and Commissioning Group of Future Nuclear Facilities.Author of various test forms to provide work authorisation for installation checking, factory acceptance and setting to work of Nuclear Facilities.Carried out commissioning activities and was the lead commissioning and acceptance engineer for various equipment and circa. £1.5m plant.

Delivered a number of projects as Project Engineer focusing around project and production management within marine and defence environments supporting also within commercial and nuclear safety projects.

Shift and Scheduling Manager. Originally working part time to help fund and support studies at The University of Huddersfield. However, was swiftly promoted through the ranks from a crew member, trainer and into my final position as a senior shift manager where I developed a range of skills from leading large teams, making on spot decisions to maintain the reputability of the company to completing financial reporting. I worked alongside the business manager as his deputy to not only meet but surpass profitability and sales targets. I have learnt to work effectively in both my individual responsibilities and as a team. I also gained valuable experience in actively managing a team of Shift Managers and the store in the Business Managers absence during his annual leave. Other additional responsibilities included the training and development of apprentices, budgeting, accounts, scheduling and recruitment.
